  • Born Robert Cabot Sherman Jr. on July 22, 1943, in Santa Monica, he broke into the spotlight when signed for ABC’s hit music show Shindig!

  • Starring as Jeremy Bolt in Here Come the Brides (1968–70), he became a household name while delivering bubblegum pop hits such as “Little Woman”, “Julie, Do Ya Love Me”, and “Easy Come, Easy Go”, all reaching Billboard’s Top 10.
